1. Event Cancellation : If an event is cancelled by DDE, full refunds (excluding processing fees, if any) will be issued within 30 working days.
2. Participant Withdrawal : Refunds will not be issued for voluntary participant or sponsor cancellations once registration or sponsorship confirmation is complete.
3. Transferred Events : If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets or sponsorships will automatically transfer to the new date. No refunds will be processed in this case.
4. Payment Disputes : All refund requests or payment disputes must be raised in writing to info@dynamicdazzleentertainment.com within 1 days of the issue.
