3. Payments : All payments must be made to the official DDE bank account or authorized payment channels. Any external or third-party transactions are not the responsibility of DDE.

4. Sponsorships & Collaborations : Sponsors, partners, and exhibitors must adhere to all event policies, branding guidelines, and timelines as agreed in the official MoU or agreement.

5. Event Changes : DDE reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

6. Liability : DDE is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in events or use of our services.
